Running Test & Training Menu

To start, try running for 30 minutes.
{Those who started walking half way through}
10 minutes walking + 10 minutes jogging + 10 minutes walking + 10 minutes jogging.
{Those who were just able to complete their run}
10 minutes walking + 20 minutes jogging + 10 minutes walking + 20 minutes jogging.
{Those who were able to complete their run easily}
10 minutes walking + 40 minutes jogging.
Try and aim to run three times a week.
